Medium. The staff is indifferent to you and your requests/problems. The kettle wasn't working in our villa and the bathroom was leaking - the entire balcony was literally flooded - when they reported this, they shrugged their shoulders (and they knew about it). There are no disposable accessories (only towels). There was also a construction site around, sometimes noisy and a bit dirty. On the plus side: the kitchen has everything for cooking - dishes, oven, stove, etc., as well as a washing machine. The pool is clean.
