The Rayymbek Batyr residential complex is a great place for a comfortable life in Astana. The house is brick, 9-storey, which already indicates good quality and thermal insulation. I am very pleased with the modern, well—maintained courtyard - neat, cozy, thoughtful for the residents. Parking is a big plus, especially for the city. The location is just perfect: convenient transportation allows you to quickly get to any part of the city. The residential complex is located in a new, actively developing area, which makes it particularly attractive. Important city facilities are within walking distance — the Presidential Park, Highvill, the University of Arts, the Palace of Peace and Accord, the Palace of Independence, the Hazret Sultan Mosque, the LRT. There are also 5 schools and kindergartens nearby, the Kalibek Kuanyshbayev Theater, shopping malls and supermarkets — everything you need for a comfortable life. In general, Rayymbek Batyr is a successful combination of quality, convenience and excellent location. A great choice for living!

Rayymbek residential complex looks very stylish and comfortable! A very nice house, there is a Playground inside the courtyard, there is its own Parking, as well as its own storerooms, which is so important in our life for complete comfort, elevators work without noise. There is an electrical plumber on duty. It is always clean and cozy inside the entrance.

I live in this residential complex. I'm personally satisfied with everything. The AXIS reacts instantly. The LCD is very cool and warm. There is a private Parking, a covered courtyard
