The water is salty and barely warm for 9,000 tenge. The room is falling apart, there are no curtains, everything is flooded with light at 5:00 in the morning. There are no insect screens on the windows. The beds are all spacious, there are no toiletries. The walls cracked. There's scum and salt on the faucet!

Terrible, dirty. The shower is terrible, it's all open and the water just pours in different directions, the curtain is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the faucet in the sink is leaking and the whole thing is "overgrown" with an incomprehensible substance. The windows don't open. Whole families of children and adults are sleeping on their belongings in the corridors. There is a dining room on the ground floor. One of the advantages is the friendly staff. The food is delicious, but everything is just as dirty, tables, dishes. It looks like unsanitary conditions. If there was an alternative, I would never have stopped there. I had to, because there was nothing else on the highway at that point, and I couldn't go any further.
