The place is generally terrible, the room was not cleaned at all. The hot water is barely there. About the shower in general..... they charged us 16,000 tenge per day for a bed. I don't recommend it. The kitchen was also very cheap. And you've been waiting a long time. I'd rather go to another hotel.
