Level 3 Local Expert

We were passing through Novi Sad and accidentally stopped at Raf Cafe. We loved everything. The menu is very well thought out and delicious. We had their signature spinach waffles and pancakes , which were fantastic. The salmon was very fresh, we wanted more, but maybe next time. The coffee was top-notch; it's rare to find a place where both the food and the coffee are so delicious. The atmosphere and music were very pleasant. Everything was so well thought out and personalized, it really touched our hearts.

really unplesant and rude stuff. sat there for 15 minutes and no one came to service us. they saw us and didnt even acknowledge our existence until i asked if they're working and then they rudely said no we are closed. we then went to a cafe next to them and saw that they were open for another hour. i am really confused.
