Big disappointment due to the change of formulation "I used to go to the Kaganate only for their legendary cutlets. First, the real Kiev cutlets disappeared from the menu, and now the chicken cutlets "in the crust" have also deteriorated. If earlier there was a whole piece of white chicken meat in the "crust", now there is ordinary minced meat inside. The difference in quality and taste is enormous. I talked to a representative of the kitchen: they confirmed to me that the recipe was deliberately changed, and there will be no more Kiev cutlets at all. It is a pity that the network is abandoning its best positions in favor of simplification. These cutlets were your thing that you wanted to come back for. I don't see any point in going in now. I hope the management will review the technological maps and restore the previous quality."
