Following the link advertising Pyramid Group fitness club (Instagram: pg_center_team), swimming pool on instagram, I applied, manager Anna contacted me and misleading me that one of the several branches is located in the residential complex "Sholpan City" convinced me to purchase 4 season tickets for my wife and my three children in the swimming pool pool, after which I made a remote payment in the amount of 210000 (two hundred ten thousand) tenge to the issued remote account, which was paid through Kaspy Bank JSC by transferring funds to the account of IP SAYFKCOMPANY, BIN 881010400799, Sayfulina Kamil Rozakhunovna. This circumstance is confirmed by a payment order dated 11/22/2025 and an application for a refund on 11/26/2025. I did not receive any subscriptions to visit the fitness club, as well as there are screenshots of WhatsApp correspondence with the manager and the refund department (unsubscribing waiting for the refund queue). To date, the obligations to refund funds have not been fulfilled, I filed a pre-trial claim with IP SAYFKCOMPANY and received a response to the pre-trial claim, 4 days after my payment, the IP wrote the following verbatim: - organizational, administrative and financial expenses have been incurred to reserve a place. The argument that the subscriptions were not received does not affect the fact of the conclusion of the contract (I did not conclude or sign the contract), etc. As of 04/02/2026, 127 days have passed since applying for a refund on 11/26/2026 to IP SAYFKCOMPANY.
