A day later, they send me a paper stating that the jacket is in poor condition and they do not guarantee the final positive result. And they demand attention - that I sign that I am responsible for the result of their actions ! Nonsense! Does a person trust them, expect their product, and then have to be responsible for their actions??? That is, I do not know what manipulations will be carried out with the jacket, and I have to be responsible for it ??? And at the end of a 20-minute conversation, they stupidly refused to paint me, arguing that they do not guarantee the safety of the product. Why did you take up painting? A day is a waste of time and nerves. Attention to management - where and most importantly, according to what principles do you recruit employees? I recommend listening to calls.

Very bad. I brought a down jacket: sleeves and a fresh greasy stain on the chest. They said they cleaned it 3 times - they couldn't do anything. Even with sleeves. Although in all other dry cleaners everything was perfectly cleaned, and even more complex impurities. Money and nerves were wasted.
