A normal hotel. We stayed with my son. The location is great for this area, we needed this one. Near the hotel there is a mac duck, excellent Chaggia tea (chaga), I recommend Starbucks for those who have not tried it yet. There is a shopping center with eateries, and opposite there are local chifankas with delicious dumplings and other national food. The hotel itself is comfortable, the breakfast is normal, the rooms are spacious. Like the average Pullman, it has already seen the sights, but has not lost its comfort. Price - quality - find one here, in St. Petersburg, Moscow for 8-9 thousand - you will not find it. Well, we lived comfortably for 4 days. I recommend

A pleasant hotel in the area of the Southern railway station. The rooms themselves are in the Pullman standard, large, cozy, and as comfortable as possible. There are food establishments around, and 24-hour vending machines with snacks and water on the ground floor. The food at the hotel is also excellent. There are dishes for every taste and the quality is excellent.

Of the advantages, only 1 is the location. It's a terrible hotel. The appearance is attractive, that's all. - the corridors stink of damp and dirty - the room is also dirty, stuffy and hot ( there will be a separate story on this topic below ) , the interior is tired and does not match the photos on the booking - the breakfast area is dirty again: dusty tables, dirty sofas and pillows, and a very tired interior. - the staff is as unpleasant as possible; we checked in at night, tired after 7 hours of moving from another city. The room was very stuffy and hot, the air conditioner could not be adjusted to a different temperature. They called and asked to call a technician, the technician came, stood, pressed the buttons, spread his hands "that he couldn't do anything." There was no solution to the problem or problems with this number. We decided to spend 1 night and move to another hotel. We had breakfast in the morning, checked out without any problems, the money was withheld from us only for 1 night. As a result, we found a much better and even cheaper hotel. I don't understand how this hotel has 5 stars. Because this place is terrible.
