Very nice café, we'll designed (especially the interior) and many dessert options. Their desserts are amazing. Their coffee is good. There is a sitting area outside but no smokers allowed. That I really do not understand. Toilets are as cleen as possible. Service personnel needs more experience. We came from outside, waiter saw us. Then we have placed and waited for a few minutes, then asked from a waiter raising our hand. He just came and asked what! What the hack? You saw us coming inside from outside. Ofcourse we ask for a menü. That is the problem of Almaty. Not just this Cafe. Service sector sucks here.

On my way to Almaty, I was looking for a place where I could have breakfast in the morning. ProCoffee is a very friendly place, 3 large cozy halls, a huge terrace, they work from 7, which was important to me, a large selection of breakfasts, well, very tasty, I took an English breakfast with hearty and excellent sausages and lemonade, also delicious and refreshing, not sweet, polite staff, it is possible to charge the device, everything is very clean and carefully, 10% service is included in the price, but it is similar in all establishments in Kazakhstan. There is also pizza and many other dishes on the menu, maybe I'll even look here again during this trip. I recommend the place 10 out of 10

Guys, just don't relax! The place is great: separate upholstered sofas with sockets and individual lights for freelancers, potted plants, a great interior, you really want to stay! Pleasant music, delicious breakfasts, good coffee and (oh my God!) what desserts. They look and taste great! Thank you for not exploiting the location, like many places around, but really tasty food for people!
