Yesterday, 11/21/25, I received a card from this bank.I would like to mention the very good work of the bank's employees.They are polite, aware of their responsibilities and use them well when working with clients (especially those who forgot their glasses and needed help with credit card processing).In the very premises of the bank: cleanliness, order,working environment and no What a pandemonium.I don't know how it is during the whole working day, but in the morning there are only pleasant memories of the employees and the bank itself. On November 27, I went to the bank with my passport (the application and the Internet banking site asked for it), well, you never know, it would suddenly be more reliable to use the same virtual card and the EPIP, but I found out that they were working on removing the lock, but it couldn't be unlocked for technical reasons!
