My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to donuts on April 13th in the evening. At first, we tried to pre-order by phone, but no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the place, we saw that the showcase was almost empty, and decided to place an order directly at the cafe. We bought several colorful donuts, but we couldn't get the help of a consultant. We noticed the dirt in the kitchen – the consultant was on the phone before our order. The donuts themselves, although they looked tempting, raised doubts with their appearance. The situation worsened after the payment. I noticed that something was running around the refrigerator. It may have seemed to me, but there is a suspicion that it was a cockroach. At home, when we started eating donuts, we discovered that half of them were not fried at all inside – they turned out to be raw. We took photos of this mess on our phone so that we wouldn't recommend this place to others.

A small cafe with 5 tables, there is a clothes rack, a menu, a calm interior with a concept. The range includes standard fries+nuggets+hot dogs. The cafe is aimed at children. There's not much for adults to eat here. Of the 4 tea options, two are not available. And it's 3 p.m. on Monday. I didn't even ask about the coffee. I took a milkshake. Surprisingly, not bad. The child chose bubble tea. It looks good, but it doesn't taste good. Samfe donuts are ordinary, they sell them on the market for 50 kopecks. Here from 1.5 rubles. Due to the incomprehensible viscous mass on top. If you add sprinkles, another 10 kopecks on top. The glaze mass is sticky and very sweet. Hands are naturally dirty and greasy. Napkins for donuts, as in normal cafes, are not included. You can buy wet wipes from them for a fee, 10 kopecks a piece. There are no sellers, they don't recommend anything much. The prices are tricky - 9.99 rubles, 2.99 rubles, etc. It is clear that no one will demand one penny of change. There is no desire to return here.

I visited this place three times specifically on Goretsky and all three times I was disappointed in the service.The first time (10/21/2025), there were two guys who chatted a lot, not really caring about my order, although all the necessary donuts were in the window and I was the only customer at that time.The second time (10/29/2025) we were more lucky, and that was due to the fact that a pre-order was made.Now (11/11/2025) it was the third time and they refused to use the coupon (the girl called the boss and said that it didn't work at their point all of a sudden. the coupon from belarus bank is for sale)so the donuts were going to be in the same gloves in which the girl was holding the phone, calling the boss, dialing in the terminal and using the cash register. Otherwise, it's quite good, the donuts are almost always fresh and quite tasty.
