Many thanks to Sofya Valentinovna Bukina and the girls from the laboratory. I came with my problem. We listened, did tests promptly, and prescribed treatment. Thank you very much.

The queues are huge, and I had to sit for 2 hours to get an X-ray (for a fee). Make an appointment with a therapist for a month and a half in advance. I was killed by the situation when I need to get a referral for tests, you can only do this through a therapist, make an appointment with him for a month and a half in advance, and if you're already in pain and you can't prescribe a solution without tests, it's not their problem. In half of the cases when I was dealing with problems, I was told that everything was fine with me and that the treatment was simply attributed to painkillers (and the pains were and still are). I wanted to make an appointment with an orthopedist. And he only works from 8 to 13. Seriously? We are all adults who work, most of us on the first shift, isn't it possible to do one day on the second shift. Who exactly should say thank you to this place is the paid clinics, which you are increasingly starting to contact, so that you can get the right treatment and not have to wait for it for several months. I understand that the specialists themselves are not to blame in half of the cases, and the problem is the large number of patients. But then the administration needs to organize the work of its doctors somehow. It is possible to distribute the time of work and receptions differently. But I just can't stand it anymore. Of the advantages, I would like to mention a really modern and well-maintained room, the presence of electronic queues. Qualified gynecologist (unfortunately I don't remember the last name)

I would like to express my gratitude to Yulia Vadimovna Kovalevich, the doctor of the antenatal clinic. I got to her by accident when I was pregnant because of an urgent need. The doctor is not in my area, moreover, while I was waiting in line, the appointment was already over. But despite this, I did not see any irritation at my own expense. Only full participation and willingness to help. A very empathetic doctor, with a delicate attitude towards pregnancy. I was very pleasantly surprised, because during my first pregnancy I had heard and seen enough rudeness in government institutions. While I was sitting in line, I saw that each patient was given due attention, the reception was conducted without delay. In general, I wish there were more such doctors in free medicine !!! Thank you, Yulia Vadimovna, once again!!!
