There is a drastic shortage of doctors, eternal and endless queues and the inability to get to the right doctor. It seems to me that this is one of the reasons why people self-medicate. After waiting in line for half a day, they will close the door in your face and tell you that the reception is over. I came in with a bad back (I couldn't bend or straighten up without crying from the pain), they drove me around the offices, talked as if I had come to their house and was begging for alms, and I needed a referral for treatment at a day hospital, even without sick leave. I don't even have a clue about medical ethics and deontology.

Assistance was provided in the pre-purchase of a coupon, for an appointment with a doctor. The medical registrar offered options for convenient days for me to visit the clinic. Waiting time, one week. I passed the medical examination quickly and calmly. Polite, considerate honey.polyclinic staff.

After being discharged from the GOKB, on the very first day (having made an appointment ahead of time at 09.06 a.m.), having contacted the polyclinic surgeon, since it was prescribed to continue outpatient treatment at the place of residence, I encountered the difficulty of elementary postoperative dressing. They sent me to the dressing room 309, after sitting for a while, waiting for my turn (finally), as a result, they did not accept me, refusing, arguing sharply that from that moment they begin to accept operations from 10 to 12, although the time was 09.30- 09.35, and no one warned about it in advance, that without waiting Ten, the bandages are discontinued. I went back to the surgeon's office with a request for an alternative suggestion, so as not to wait until 12, to which they replied to wait until 12. As a result, when I got to 12, they told me that they had quartz and wait until one o'clock in the afternoon. Tired, unwell, upset, indignant, she wrote a complaint. At one o'clock they called me and offered to come back and do a dressing. I refused, citing a feeling of unwellness, that the dressing was the last one and I would do it at a paid medical center, where I would have an appointment with another doctor today. This is what happened to me today with "high-quality" state medical care. service. Thank God that there is another opposite experience, where the approach to patients causes sincere and deep gratitude to the doctors. PS : more than three hours (with an appointment ticket available) It took me a while to wait for the dressing, considering that this is the first day of continued treatment after discharge from the hospital.
