I would like to wholeheartedly recommend this estate to everyone who appreciates true comfort and tranquility. We were very satisfied with the rest! The first thing that catches your eye is the incredible cleanliness. The house is simply sterile, it smells nice, the bed linen is fresh. It is clear that the owner treats the house with a soul and great respect for the guests. At the same time, the atmosphere is very cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The estate's grounds are magnificent. A vat on the shore is a separate love. Special thanks to the owner, a wonderful, intelligent man. He met me, showed me everything, explained everything. And, what was most important for us, it doesn't interfere with our rest at all. The owner is unobtrusive, does not follow you around, does not climb with advice every five minutes, but at the same time answers all questions quickly and is ready to help if something is needed. This is the golden mean in hospitality! I didn't want to leave at all. I have already recommended this estate to all my friends and acquaintances. I advise you to come too, you won't regret it!

You won't regret coming, especially if you have a large company! Beautiful, clean, fresh, cozy!!! We went on a weekend trip with a company, we were very satisfied. The house has two floors, accommodates 6 double bedrooms, three of them also have a pull-out sofa, and another one stands between the rooms on the second floor (you can see everything in the video). Comfortable beds, fresh bed linen, what else is needed for a comfortable sleep. There are only 10 beds, that is, 20 people can be accommodated. On the first and second floors there is a bathroom, on the ground floor with a shower cabin. Of course, if you like to relax until victory, our advice to you is to occupy the bedroom on the first floor))) There is also a huge table on the ground floor, a TV, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. A good barbecue area, a cauldron will be provided upon your request. A children's playground is available) The sauna is wonderful, everything is hot, as it should be, a huge plus is that there is a pier near the bathhouse from which you can plunge into the water, and plus that the coast is gentle and it is comfortable to go out and water. A warm place, the wonderful owner of this place, Andrey, is always in touch, always happy to help, special thanks to him for his hospitality. We had a family vacation from 14/07 to 20/07.2025 at the Podluzhye estate. The house is large, comfortable, and clean. The area around is amazing, gazebo,sauna,Playground,hammocks, deck chairs, swings, barbecue area, wonderful plants around. The hosts are wonderful and caring! Thank you so much, Andrey, for the rest!!! Everything was so wonderful that I didn't want to leave.
