Beware of deception! I ordered a bouquet as in the first photo (reference) for 180 rubles. I paid immediately. I got what's in the second photo. Instead of a gorgeous composition, there are "naked" roses and an empty bouquet. They arrived on the wrong day, but ahead of schedule, spoiling the surprise. My legitimate demands (a commensurate reduction in the price for a low-quality service) were refused, they said that it had become even more expensive))) It feels like it was collected from leftovers. I do not advise spoiling your holiday by contacting these "professionals". Attached to this photo

There is probably no worse service in the entire Gomel region! We ordered a bouquet by pre-order on March 6 with delivery on March 8 in the morning. The bouquet was from the children for mom. Several times, the employees of this store clarified the availability and time of delivery, they could not remember what to deliver where and at what time. The bouquet was not delivered throughout the day on March 8, and calls and messages were ignored. Upon arrival from another city, I had to go to this store in the evening, where the sellers flatly refused to give the money, referring to the fact that they had done their job, but the courier simply could not cope!!! That is, I understand that the bouquet was made in the morning and just drove in the car all day, looking for a free hour! We contacted the director, he said that he didn't see anything terrible in this. He refused to return the money, saying that he would put the bouquet under the door, since the recipient no longer needed it. My shock is in great shock! How can you treat your customers this way? I think if you can't handle it, there's no point in picking up so many orders.
