Amazing and picturesque landscape But the staff isn’t qualified, they don’t care of guests, unpleasant smell in a restaurant , overcooked food in both restaurants.

Overall stay was good, we booked return transportation to Moscow and they delayed almost 1 hour 30 minutes!! the kept saying wait 3 minutes and again 5 minutes and so on. Also the restaurant should be improved to include Halal food since there is not alternatives.

الخدمة سيئة جدًا خاصة في الاستقبال ويا دوب تلقى احذ يتكلم حرفين انقلش وتحس محد وده يساعدك المكان جميل جدًا لكن تنقصه الخدمة للجيدة خاصة انها منطقة نائية Great place & nature with bad dervice specially at reception! Barely anyone speaks english. Even with translation, they make you feel like they dont want to help you ! At such remote inn, you would expect much better service and help!
