I wanted to have a quiet family dinner, but in the end I got a ruined evening and was left looking like a fool. I made an order: 3 burgers and 3 fries. The receipt clearly stated: two House Burgers (beef) and one House Chicken. I come home, I unpack, and there are TWO burgers, but according to the composition, I was given ONE House Chicken and ONE House burger, and the third burger is simply not in the package. Bottom line: out of the three broken positions, one burger was not reported to me in its entirety. Not only did I waste my time and fuel to drive back to the institution, but the circus was waiting for me there. Instead of just apologizing and giving me the missing House Burger (beef), they give me a House Chicken, claiming that this is it. Although the price of the chicken is 5 rubles less, and most importantly, it's not at all what I ordered and paid for! They didn't even ask me which burger was missing — they just silently put down what was cheaper, apparently hoping that I wouldn't notice the substitution. This is not just a mistake, it's either a total disregard for picking orders, or an attempt to save money on the customer by slipping a cheaper product under the guise of an expensive one.

A cool place to have a snack, the prices are average, the food resembles a poppy. Beautiful design, there is always paper in the toilet. In general, I advise everyone to visit there.

It was delicious, but we missed the change. I ordered a triple cheeseburger, and it was a double. I came home and it turned out to be a regular cheeseburger.
