We rented a bike here for a month and were satisfied. The owner was always in touch, answered quickly and helped us find the right option for our tasks. It is clear that the guys are trying and customer-oriented. The scooter was in good condition and rode without problems, although a little maintenance would have been nice. Probably, if you rent in a lower season or strongly in advance, you can choose a bike in better condition. In general, everything worked fine. Be sure to record the condition of the scooter upon receipt: take detailed photos and videos from all sides. We didn't have any difficulties with the handover, but the receiving manager was clearly determined to take it easy :)) Separately, I would like to mention a large selection of models - perhaps one of the best in Phuket. We can safely recommend this rental and we will definitely use the services again.
