I went to the vet to get one rabies shot for my vet passport. Before the visit, I checked the prices on the Internet, where a standard rabies vaccine costs a maximum of 5,000 rubles. The doctor offered to make a comprehensive vaccine for 19,000 rubles, although I clarified that I only wanted rabies. As a result, they gave me one injection, but it's unclear what exactly was injected, and I paid 19,000 rubles for the service. The employee misled me by claiming that to travel to another city in Kazakhstan, you need "full vaccination and a certificate for a specific city," even though I was going to travel by train inside the country, and the law requires only one rabies vaccination, a VET passport and a certificate form No. 1. All possible vaccines cannot be delivered at one time, either a complex vaccine is being made or according to a schedule. The price of the service turned out to be significantly higher than the market price, information about vaccination was unclear, and the veterinarian's behavior was unprofessional and creating pressure. Of course, the price of 19,000 was not discussed at all, but he played the fool, saying that he was talking and said that I nodded like a dog, "I agree." Horror. I do not recommend this clinic. I feel sorry for my pets, my own money, and my morale. After visiting, I have a disgusting feeling that such terrible, shameless, brazenly lying people exist. Apparently, he needed a rabies shot.
