They settled us on the 2nd floor and also went to meet us, changed the villa to another with a better view. Now the room stock is very much depleted and instead of renovation, the hotel went the easy way, making the first three lines grand deluxe, and the 4th just deluxe, thereby simply raising the price of accommodation. We were settled on the 4th. It's hard to climb. They asked me to change it, but I categorically refused. Of the advantages, these are breakfasts with a huge selection of dishes and a view from the dining room to the sea and mountains, the view from the room, the location (it's not far to the center and to long beach too). Cleaning is making the bed and running water, the furniture is shabby, the railing on the terrace is half-rotted, the toilet flushes every other time.

Not only does the service not check the information about the hotel, but for two days they were unable to contact the hotel to resolve the problems. Now about the hotel: we waited an extra hour to check in because the room wasn't ready, the room was dirty, and the beds were like at my grandmother's cottage.
