I contacted this company hoping to get a high-quality fence and professional service, but in the end I was completely disappointed. We used cheap, thin metal, which started to rust within a couple of weeks after installation. Although something completely different was paid and agreed upon. The paint is peeling off, dents and scratches are visible on the metal. They promised to install the fence in two weeks, but in fact the work lasted for a month and a half. They constantly rescheduled dates, did not warn about delays, and had to call themselves and find out when the workers would arrive. The fence was installed crookedly, the poles are not on the same level, some even wobble. The joints look sloppy, large cracks are visible, and the screws stick out. It feels like they were doing a "get off" job just to hand over the object. They are reluctant to respond to claims and try to shift the blame onto us or our suppliers. There is no desire to correct shortcomings or at least apologize. Bottom line: I don't recommend this company to anyone. The money and nerves spent are not worth such a "result". I will contact another company and I advise everyone I know to avoid this company.

Everything was offered to us very quickly and affordably, even when we bought a grid, but after 3 months we decided that it did not suit us, they went to a meeting and changed everything to a different color size. But most importantly, the girl who led us told us the nuances of installing a grid, poles, supports, carabiners, now we have a beautiful fence and we have not divorced my husband😆😆😆😆😆

I strongly advise you not to contact one of the employees of the Brest office (manager Julia)! She lies looking into my eyes and it was her fault that she almost tore off my fence installation. The complete set was ordered in the summer and could be stored in their warehouse before installation. When I came to pick up my fence, it wasn't there. He and the storekeeper were trying to sell me something that wasn't what I ordered. As a result, they said that the plant had messed up. For almost a week, she has been feeding me breakfast, which she will bring. But after another promise, I realized that it was a lie. As a result, I had to buy elsewhere so that the installers would not leave my facility. There wasn't even a formal apology on her part.
