We had a rest at the Pekan Guest House on Shahumyan St. in Alakhadzy in late June and early July 2025. We decided to come to Alakhadzy on the advice of friends and never regretted it. Alakhadzy is for those who like a relaxing family vacation. Pekan is an excellent guest house with all amenities (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning) and good-natured hosts. The house is located in the shade of trees, so the room is never hot. The rooms are clean, cozy, and there is always hot water. Anastasia (the hostess of the guest house) helped us with the transfer to get from Sochi airport to the place. He will always help and tell you where it is better to go or go. She organized individual excursions for two families, after which we were very satisfied. Shops, cafes, pharmacies are all within walking distance. The sea is just 10 minutes away. Many thanks to Anastasia, we will definitely come again!!!

The hospitable and smiling hostess Anastasia has all the conditions for a good and comfortable stay: cozy rooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need, a lot of greenery and flowers on the territory, a terrace with mountain views and beautiful sunsets. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. Shops, canteens, pharmacies, bus stops are within walking distance. The clear azure sea, the wide, sparsely populated beach, and interesting excursions will all be remembered for a long time. Special thanks to the hostess Anastasia and her family, they will always help with advice. Thank you for your work! I recommend it to everyone I know. If we go back to Alakhadzy, then only to Pekan.

Thanks to Pecan for their hospitality, excellent and convenient location, everything is within walking distance, everything you need in the rooms is clean, you can sit in the courtyard in the evening, or you can go up to the roof, there is a playground with tables. There is a separate kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a separate refrigerator in each room, which is also very convenient, split, cool off after walking, snow-white bed linen. And many thanks to the hostess, she advised me where to go, she knows about the sights as well as the guide. 🥇👍 The prices for accommodation are pleasant and affordable!!
