I brought it to Stiklyovo and delivered it to the warehouse for packing within two minutes. By the way, if the cargo is fragile, a wooden box will be made here. I went up to the office on the 3rd floor - there are nice girls there for paperwork, there is no queue. We made the shipment within a few minutes and goodbye! It's a bit inconvenient that you're not in the city, but if you're shipping something bulky or heavy, you still need to deliver it by car. And here the parking lot is either along or across. The company's employees take the cargo from the car. Very convenient. I recommend.

Secondly, Milan's employee does not know how to communicate with people at all and does not contribute to solving issues, but creates conflict situations! The opening hours shown on the website differ from the actual opening hours, which is why my first visit was in vain. My second visit almost turned out to be useless, too, because the information on the company's website about the power of attorney (as well as the power of attorney template) turned out to be invalid in Belarus. Moreover, even in the support chat, they assured us that everything was fine and it was possible to get the goods in the Republic of Belarus, but they demanded a notarized version on the spot, citing the difference in legislation between the two countries. At the same time, I would like to note the steadfastness and politeness of the girls who apply for the documents (it is only thanks to them that I add the "star"). For all the 2 hours that I spent in the paperwork area, while we were trying to coordinate the reissue of the cargo, there were 3 more dissatisfied customers (each with their own reason), but with all the flow of negativity and obvious flaws on the part of the management in terms of building processes, the girls remained polite and smoothed out the negative, for which I thank them very much.

Then it's fun, too, in the office you sign papers that everything is fine with the goods and you have no complaints, you pay for the order, and in the warehouse you see a torn box and clearly opened. Fortunately, I had an iron spare part and nothing serious happened to it, the paint was a little scratched, but the fact is. And the delivery was delivered even a day earlier than planned.

The second point is that the cargo status data is not up-to-date, despite the fact that it was actually taken from the warehouse, the status was changed to the actual one only after calls and appeals, and this was over a long time. So you are in the dark about where the cargo is now. That is, starting from the formation of the application, etc. you have to call many times, write to chat to clarify something, ask, find out, etc....

I do not recommend this company for cargo transportation. If you have any questions or problems with the delivery of the cargo. Everyone throws up their hands. There are no telephones at all in the Belarusian representative office. Who needs to dial, who needs to ask, or solve a problem?!. There is no connection between the 2 enterprises of the Energy complex of Russia and Belarus. Russians write to the Belarusian representative office, but there is silence. We have been resolving the issue for 5 days. The shipment was paid for a week ago. And the cargo is kept at the terminal as unpaid. The application stated that the sender pays for the cargo, and then they took it and changed it to the recipient on their own and didn't even warn them, they clarified. Managers need to think about continuing the work of such an enterprise. I do not recommend this company.

Today is May 29th, and there is no delivery to the address (in Minsk itself!). Phones don't lift from the word AT ALL! All communications are only via chat on the website. And, unfortunately, this is not the first case of late delivery.

Check-in has become more convenient, but the convenience of receiving goods has become less: documents are issued in one building, and you need to go through the entire territory of the terminal to get the cargo.
