It was necessary to send a car wheel to St. Petersburg. I applied to a well-known company, but they refused. I called the PEC - no problem. I brought it to Stiklyovo and delivered it to the warehouse for packing within two minutes. By the way, if the cargo is fragile, a wooden box will be made here. I went up to the office on the 3rd floor - there are nice girls there for paperwork, there is no queue. We made the shipment within a few minutes and goodbye! It's a bit inconvenient that you're not in the city, but if you're shipping something bulky or heavy, you still need to deliver it by car. And here the parking lot is either along or across. The company's employees take the cargo from the car. Very convenient. I recommend.

It's a disgusting office. Firstly, the delivery was delayed by 4 days and notified at the last moment. Because of what I had to just drive 200 km. Secondly, Milan's employee does not know how to communicate with people at all and does not contribute to solving issues, but creates conflict situations! I don't advise anyone, and I won't use their services anymore!

Terribly structured processes and information on the site that does not correspond to reality. The opening hours shown on the website differ from the actual opening hours, which is why my first visit was in vain. My second visit almost turned out to be useless, too, because the information on the company's website about the power of attorney (as well as the power of attorney template) turned out to be invalid in Belarus. Moreover, even in the support chat, they assured us that everything was fine and it was possible to get the goods in the Republic of Belarus, but they demanded a notarized version on the spot, citing the difference in legislation between the two countries. At the same time, I would like to note the steadfastness and politeness of the girls who apply for the documents (it is only thanks to them that I add the "star"). For all the 2 hours that I spent in the paperwork area, while we were trying to coordinate the reissue of the cargo, there were 3 more dissatisfied customers (each with their own reason), but with all the flow of negativity and obvious flaws on the part of the management in terms of building processes, the girls remained polite and smoothed out the negative, for which I thank them very much.
