The delivery time is too long, we waited more than two weeks, in fact, the distance of 400 km was delivered for a whole week, it turns out that cars are not shipped every day, only twice a week, and how lucky is it whether the cargo gets on these days or not. When communicating with the operator on the delivery issue, it was impossible to find out whether the cargo would be ready for delivery or not, since the specialists at the warehouse did not respond, the only thing they said was that they understood, but they could not help in any way.

One of the most convenient transportation methods in terms of cargo safety and speed of delivery. Everything is within reason, but without delay. The cargo is secured securely, I personally saw it.

Fraud or negligence? PECK tricked us by weight and ignored us! The PEC Company (the First Forwarding Company) staged a blatant robbery for us and defiantly ignored the attempt to figure it out! This is not just a bad service, this is an egregious case! The essence of fraud/negligence: 1. Shipping: Our partners from Tver sent a sample of an aluminum case through the PEC *, the actual weight of which is only 1.5 kg. 2. Payment at gunpoint: Upon receipt in Novosibirsk, the PEC, as always, forbade the delivery of cargo without prepayment on their invoice. The bill of lading indicated 15 kg (!) and the cost of transportation was 3,000 rubles. We had to pay that money to get anything at all. In fact, we were being blackmailed. 3. Employee error: Unfortunately, our employee, who received the cargo under the pressure of having to pay, did not check the weight immediately and did not record the discrepancy in the PEC documents upon receipt. This is our internal mistake, but it does not justify the actions of the PECK! 4. The fact of deception: When the cargo was opened, the real weight turned out to be 10 times less than the declared PECK! 1.5 kg versus 15 kg! We overpaid 10 times! 5. Cynical disregard: We immediately sent an official request to the PEC demanding to sort it out, refund the overpayment and explain how such a huge difference in weight could have occurred (error? fraud at the weigh-in?). PECK's response? ABSOLUTE DISREGARD! There was no response, no call, no attempt to at least formally address the situation. Conclusions and Warnings: * The PEC either systematically makes gross errors during weighing (which calls into question their entire competence), or deliberately overestimates the weight for profit, using its "pay before delivery" rule. * The "payment before delivery" rule is used by the PEC as a pressure tool* and deprives the client of the opportunity to check the conformity of the cargo with the documents before payment. This is a vicious practice! * The client for PEC is nobody. Even the obvious fact of a tenfold disparity in weight and overpayment was ignored. Is ignoring the customer a corporate identity of the PEC? * We demand an immediate refund of the illegally obtained money (the difference for 13.5 kg) and written explanations! * To all potential clients of the PEC: BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL! * REQUIRE WEIGHING IN YOUR PRESENCE before payment, if possible at your location. * RECORD ANY INCONSISTENCIES IN THE PEC DOCUMENTS ON THE SPOT before signing and paying, even if it creates inconvenience. You can never prove anything without this record. * Prepare for the fact that the PECK will ignore your problems. *PECK, you not only cheated us out of money, you showed absolute disrespect for the customer and a complete lack of service. Your silence is an eloquent confirmation of your dishonesty. We will have to contact Rospotrebnadzor and the court to protect our rights and warn others about your "working methods."*

Of course, it takes a long time to get to Moscow, but as it turned out, others take even longer. As I understand it, it does not depend on the PEC, but on customs and on the cargo itself. Well, I tried other TU's and then I went back to working with the PEC anyway.
