I want to share my negative experience with the Pattaya Guide agency (the website of the same name). I bought four tours from them, paying an advance payment from Moscow. The first trip (to the island) went fine. But the trip to Bangkok was very disappointing. Before booking, I clearly outlined my expectations to the manager: * to see the key attractions of Bangkok; * Visit the Royal Palace; * Check out no earlier than 8:00. The manager offered a "great sightseeing tour", assuring that this was the most complete route. Confirmed: The Royal Palace is included (ticket is charged separately), check—out time is 8:00-9:00. Everything went wrong from the first minute. They picked me up at 7:40, even though I was last on the route. The gathering of tourists began at 6:30. We walked for three hours through the shopping districts under the scorching sun. The guide answered the questions in a formulaic manner: "This is how the program is supposed to be. This is not a tourist Bangkok." The incompetent guide did not speak English or Thai, could not tell anything about the country (it turned out that he had only been in Thailand for two months), and in general he had nothing to tell. After a long wait for the boat (40 min!) We were brought to the fence of the Royal Palace. And they said, here is the royal palace and the emerald Buddha! When I asked why we didn't go inside, they replied, "It's not included in the program," (although it was indicated in the description). The rest of the tour is aimless walking through unsightly areas without access to facilities. In total, for 3,000 Baht, I visited only one attraction, the golden Buddha, and the rest we walked past fences through smelly streets outside the center. I tried to ask the guide what happens when we actually watch something interesting, to which he simply replied so that I would not spoil the mood in the group. That's it!  After the trip, I wrote to the manager to express my dissatisfaction. Instead of trying to figure it out, she started claiming that I "misunderstood and read it the wrong way." I asked her to check the description of the tour on the agency's official website and make changes to indicate the actual services provided. In response, my words were simply ignored. When you buy a large book for a tour of Bangkok, you really hope to see something interesting and some significant sights, not to walk around the shopping districts and not look at them from afar.  Because of this experience, I decided not to take any chances and canceled the remaining three excursions. To the agency's credit, the money was returned to me in full, without unnecessary disputes and delays. I would like to note separately that the manager who sells tours is just a cashier, she does not know what is included in the tour, she does not know what time the departure is, she cannot provide any correct information. Or such a description and the provision of false information is intentional. I'm sorry for the time I've spent and it's a shame that I just didn't see Bangkok. If it were in Russia, as a lawyer, I would have made sure that their websites were simply blocked. Because they believe that they can deceive people and remain completely unpunished because of this. And I don't want to have anyone like this manager at all. be careful when working with this agency. Look for other organizers who value their reputation and are responsible for the quality of their services. To confirm my words, I am ready to personally provide you with a screenshot of the correspondence and real photos of the tour.
