The maids clean the rooms every morning. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the Dvina River. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, open until midnight. The main city attractions, the car and railway station are 10-15 minutes away on foot. Nearby are chain stores "Dionysus" and "Euroopt" and transport stops. What is not very convenient is that you need to book a room by e-mail (in Polotsk's Dvina and Novopolotsk's Belarus and Naftan, this can be done online), however, administrators always respond quickly at any time, even at night. The rooms are inexpensive - the cost of the simplest single room per day for 2025 is 150 rubles (about 1300 Russian rubles).

We are tourists from the Moscow region, we came for Maslenitsa. We liked the location of the hotel and the stunning view from the window. It is very convenient that there are inexpensive single rooms. It was very important, it was quiet and warm. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a possibility of early check-in/late check-out for an additional fee. There is no hair dryer for some reason (but as explained, you can ask for it at the reception). There is a kettle and dishes in the room. There is an elevator. We liked everything, thank you!

Inside, of course, it's far from a wow effect. Everything is simple. Boring. The room has a double bed with an insanely wooden mattress. The pillows are small. Two small blankets, although the room is for a couple. Teapot, crackers, spoons. There is no water. The TV was a dinosaur, but there were a lot of channels. There was a lot to look through. The sconces were a little dusty. The toilet is large. The shower room couldn't turn around, unfortunately it was leaking. While the two of them washed, the water flowed to the door. The canvases had a smell that had grown. Or badly dried. It would be great for the administration to pay attention to some things and resolve them.
