It is one of the oldest parks in the Caucasus, founded in 1872. At that time, there were almost 300 species of trees growing here. The holiday home was built in 1932. It's been abandoned now, but it's a good thing it's been preserved. I saw the assortment of plants in the stalls on the 1949 plan. There are other plants there now, which means that someone tried to preserve their original appearance afterward. And now someone is growing potted plants on the balcony of an abandoned boarding house. Thank you to them that, despite the lack of funding, they somehow support us and did not turn us into some kind of commercial project. Now this park is more likely not for walking, it is poorly maintained, but for those who are interested in old plants and who are curious about this topic. And I would like to thank those who are trying to preserve this historical monument of nature. Those who cherish the cultural heritage of the past will definitely have a future. It's good that there are many such places in Abkhazia. The direction is right, and the difficulties will pass over time.

An ancient park with interesting trees and a bamboo grove. It's abandoned in places, the territory is closed in places, but there are paths for walking, the forest smells are wonderful, the roads are almost inaudible.

It's a beautiful park, albeit neglected. There are a lot of different plants that can be viewed up close. It's cool on a hot day, and it's nice to sit in the shade. But, unfortunately, the condition of the tracks and the bench leaves much to be desired.
