"We visited the Pataha cafe, and unfortunately, the overall impression was not the best. On the positive side, I would like to mention the excellent work of Milena's waiter – she is very attentive, polite and professional. Also, great respect to the DJ: he takes into account the musical preferences of the guests and creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are serious disadvantages. The administrator of the establishment proved to be extremely incompetent: she does not know how to correctly conduct a dialogue with guests and resolve emerging issues. The behavior left an unpleasant aftertaste. The work of security also raises questions – there is a feeling that there is no proper control over the safety of visitors. Our check for the three of us was 55,000 tenge. At the same time, I believe that the price-quality ratio does not correspond to the level of the institution. The recommendation to the management is to pay attention to the work of the administration and the level of service in general. Good staff like Milena and DJ really save the situation, but it's not enough for a full-fledged positive impression. Good luck and prosperity to all."
