We arrived with a small child, went through all 3 floors, tried on several models, but nothing suited us, they began to persuade us to sew a thing to order, they say it would be gorgeous at first. We refused, asked for a transfer and tea, first they took us to the exit, we sat down, waited, then they forced us to go upstairs, put us between towels and dressing gowns, of course no one brought tea, of course, there is not even a table here. Especially since we didn't buy anything, what kind of tea, right? Thank you for not having to wait for the transfer in the heat. The service is better in Russia. Dislike.

The quality of the product is questionable, the coat that I was given to measure at a price tag of 2000 € was finally offered for 26000₽. The lining split at the seam 😅 oops. They marinated us for an hour and didn't want to let us go. But there were no scandals. However, we couldn't leave right away. We were sent to the third floor to the store 1000 and one little thing. Then they sent me out, but through the back door. They told me to wait for the transfer. We waited 5-10 minutes. Upon arrival, the driver slipped me a money box. She gave me 200 lire. At the moment, I almost cried, I felt like they were putting pressure on me, I was afraid they wouldn't let me out. I don't recommend it.
