We ordered delivery from this institution. The delivery time was specified in the application - 60 minutes. The order included hot dishes and bowls. An hour has passed and the order has not been delivered. We contacted support to clarify the status. The operator said that the delivery would be in 10-15 minutes, but in fact no one arrived. I had to contact support again. After that, we were contacted by the manager, who tried to smooth the situation by offering a promo code. However, unfortunately, this did not solve the quality problem.: The hot dishes arrived completely cold There was a hair in one of the bowls The second one contains spoiled tomatoes and shrimps. Some of the funds were returned to us, but the impression was already ruined. With such a delay and such a quality of food, neither a promo code nor a partial refund can save the situation. There was an unpleasant aftertaste and an unwillingness to order food in this establishment again.
