It doesn't matter at all about customers, the closing time of the PVZ is 21:00, if you are next in line (and you joined the queue before closing), at exactly 21:00 you will be turned out the door with the words that they are no longer working. Although according to OZON's internal rules, they are required to issue orders to those who stood before closing. But judging by the rest of the reviews, there's nothing to be surprised about.

Disgusting service! There is just a dump of parcels at the point, visible through the panoramic glazing. The point is closed at 19:00 without explanation! People come, stand at the door, turn around and leave. It's a complete disgrace. Zero stars.
