I had to listen to some bad comments (I'm going to hang myself now) when I arrived 5 minutes before closing time. I really wanted to leave early with a fixed work schedule, although it didn't hurt: the girl closed the pick-up point at 20:57, after me. The work schedule is a separate story. During the month, the pick-up point did not work for 3 days, which I personally noticed (it was probably longer), although it was indicated on Yandex and all platforms that it was working. However, just like today: it's closed, no one is there, and notifications from Ozon ("come and pick up the parcel") are coming. I'd love to take it, thanks. I hope the owner of this PVZ will see this review and, at a minimum, install a camera to monitor what his employees are doing there, or Ozon itself would monitor what is happening at their points.

Like many others, I found myself in a situation where I could not pick up the goods I ordered at this Ozon pick-up point. The door was simply closed there without any information about why it was closed and when it would work. Calling the ozone hotline, I received the answer "unfortunately, we can't help you in any way, because we don't have any contacts at this point, try to come every hour or tomorrow (Sunday), or preferably on Monday." This is a service. In the end, I managed to "catch" the moment when the doors of this counter were open and pick up the order. By the way, the item inside turned out to be "untidy", and the door itself is dirty, as if repairs are underway in the room. Because of this dust on the door, someone angrily wrote his review in one word, which I agree with, but I can't voice it here, because it won't pass censorship. I believe that the management of Ozon should deprive such representatives of the franchise, because such situations definitely do not increase the rating of the organization as a whole. By the way, a question for Yandex, how is the average rating of an organization calculated? Out of 70 ratings, 24 are rated 1 star out of 5. The arithmetic mean is 3.6, but for some reason you have 4.3. How so? ;)

Changing the owner was the best solution at this point, now it is always open and you can pick up the goods on time, they have put a good order there and the staff are very polite, not like before, I advise you to start ordering here again
