As I order the goods for this item, there is always a problem to pick up. It's closed. There are no ads! The area is under construction, apartments are being renovated, you travel from another city, order materials for repairs - you arrive for two days and stupidly stand under the closed doors of the pick-up point! And so it has been for several months now. They can't answer anything intelligible on the hotline either, saying they don't have information about why it's closed and there's no way to contact the point either.

I had to listen to bad comments (I'm going to hang myself now )When I arrived 5 minutes before closing, I really wanted to leave early, with a fixed work schedule, although it didn't hurt, the girl closed the pick-up point at 20.57, and she left after me. The work schedule is a complicated story , the pick-up point did not work for 3 days in a month, which was noticed by me personally, maybe more, although it was indicated on Yandex and all platforms that it was working. However, as today, it is closed, there is no one there, and notifications (come and pick up the parcel) from ozone are coming, I would love to pick it up, thank you. I hope the owner of this PVZ will see this review, and at least install a camera to track what his employees are doing there, or the ozone itself controlled what was happening at their points.

About pick-up points, it's usually either good or not))) Well, what to write about them. He works according to schedule, the staff is polite. I came, examined the order and picked it up if I was satisfied, but if not, a refund. So far, I've only picked up 1 order here - I haven't had any questions. So you can order here if you are comfortable with this particular point.
