For so many years, I've never been able to say anything bad about the staff. Yes, there were queues for the new year. But it would not be obvious only to a fool. And they dissipated quickly enough. The staff at the PVZ is sociable. They work fast and are friendly enough. Additional shelves were built for the holidays. So that the ordered items don't lie on the floor next to puddles from customers' shoes. Which I'm glad because I had to order on NG myself and it wouldn't be very nice to get a wet parcel. The last time was today. There are no questions about the pvz.

Rudeness and lack of competence is about this place , The queues are constant , the delivery is sooo slow at the entrance to the vestibule, there is cardboard on the tiles, there is a box with packaging waste in the vestibule , which makes it difficult to enter and exit .

This is the first time I've written a negative review, because it's unbearable. I had to wait an hour, if not more, to pick up my unfortunate order. The room is small, there are boxes scattered all over the PVZ, the staff can't find anything and ask them to refuse the goods (well, or they left a number and come back in two hours). This is the first time I've encountered this.
