Hello From the last unpleasant one. 28.03 I came to pick up the goods (the book). The girl did not find the order. She asked me to come back later. I came on 03/31 and they said, "So we didn't find it." That is, there is not even a product under this stroke. How are notifications sent that the product can be picked up if it is not actually available? Employees have some responsibility on this issue. The staff of the OZON point are conscientious, responsible, and friendly employees. I have been using their services since the organization, and I have purchased more than a hundred different products. None of them were of poor quality, for which I am grateful to the OZON staff. It is necessary to note the timely and high-quality delivery of the goods. There has not been a single case of packaging damage or loss of goods. On my own behalf, I want to say a big thank you for the good, kind attitude towards customers and the conscientious work of the OZON staff.

I've been visiting almost since its opening, I liked it when the guys started and developed, explained how and what if something was wrong with the orders, Ozon itself grew in turnover and the volume of the item grew, and before the sale on 11/11/25, there were already new people on the issue. I can't say that it got noticeably worse, but as a frequent customer, it was immediately noticeable to me. Everyone tries to the best of their ability, it's a pity everyone has different strengths. P.S. the new girl is just a "Flash" in the speed of issuing orders
