I arrived on 11/15/2025 at 19:30 (1.5 hours before closing), there was just a note on the door that the pick-up point was not working, without specifying when it would work, I just had to come check every day, although I live outside the city myself. 11/16/2025 the same situation, arrived at 12:00 . received the product on 11/17/2025 The ozone support service didn't help either, the bot wrote come back another day, if it doesn't work out, cancel the order and re-checkout. that is, the fact that I paid for 100% of the order and couldn't receive it is not a problem for them. Must voluntarily give up the product. I do not recommend either ozone or this pick-up point. I've never encountered anything like this while working with WB.
