A girl met me at the entrance and immediately greeted me. She brought the orders quickly, was very polite, and also said goodbye to me. The facility is very spacious, clean, and there are no crowds. I really liked the item.

The only advantage of this point is its location. Otherwise, it's a complete disappointment in most cases. Once I ordered clothes with a fitting, as a result, the product turned out to be defective - I refused upon receipt, but upon arriving home I saw that the item indicated that I had received it, the refund proceedings lasted about a week, all due to the incompetence of the employee, as I realized later. As soon as it became possible to change the item, I did it without hesitation.

This is a tinplate, not a pick-up point. They don't know how to use their equipment, they're sitting together figuring out where to click, the queue has accumulated, they couldn't find the packages from me and the 2 visitors in front of me! Those are not a random isolated incident. They sit, they are silent, they do nothing, they do not offer solutions to the problem.. They can't figure out how many goods someone has, they go for each product separately... it's kind of surreal. I've never encountered anything like this before
