I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of this pick-up point. The point is easy to find, there is a convenient opening time. The order was ready for delivery immediately after the notification was received. The staff is very attentive and polite, quickly found my package, answered all questions. Cleanliness and order in the room. It is very pleasant when caring for a client is felt in small things. I will definitely use this PVZ again!

I consider this OZONE pick-up point to be one of the best in the city. The point itself is small, but it is very convenient both in terms of location and quality of service. Employees always greet customers with a smile, sincere goodwill and willingness to help if any questions arise. I have pick-up points much closer to home, but I don't want to change, because when I come here, I get not only my orders, but also a good mood and courteous service.

Ozon left a positive impression on the whole. The range is huge: books, appliances, clothes and household goods can all be found in one place. The prices are adequate, there are often discounts and promotions, which makes shopping more profitable. Orders are delivered on time, the packaging is neat, and the goods arrive undamaged. However, sometimes there are delivery delays, and it is not always possible to immediately call customer support. The application interface is user-friendly, but I would like the search filters to work more accurately. In general, the service is good, it is convenient to use, but there are points that still need to be improved.
