Good afternoon, today, upon receipt of the order, an incident occurred at the pick-up point at 42b Pervomaiskaya str., Mogilev. We went to the pick-up point, where we were met by an employee with a piece of paper where a technical break is written in felt-tip pen. When he issued the order, he flatly refused to issue the goods!!! He said that he had personal time and tried to expel us from the pick-up point. Until we contacted the manager (Yulia), the product was not issued (as he put it in principle). There is no schedule for the work of the point, he did not provide his full name, and there is no book of comments. He was always smiling maliciously. Disgusting service, how can you treat customers this way, I hope for a response!!!
