An elderly woman who is not trained in etiquette works at the pick-up point, the word hello and goodbye is a novelty for her, moreover, she constantly sets her conditions with a dissatisfied look, what the buyer of the goods should do, i.e. the sealed goods in a black bag should be opened only at home and not on the spot.

The issue point works terribly. Never pick up an item the first time. It is not known how long it has gone, then it does not work for technical reasons. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
