Awful. First of all one boy from up part didnt permit us to go in the restaurant because in that moment they are playing live music. We explained him we booked table for restaurant in advance but he continued stubborn and we made we change our way and needed go between buildings for find another entrance. When we try go inside from another entrance, one man start to touch my body for check and inspect me. Im 58 , I was in thousand of restaurants around the world and i never was humiliated like today. I permitted because I didnt want destroy dinner with my wife but now I’m regretting to acept that. When we sat on table, waiter noticed us we need wait minimun 20 minutes for cook, then we decided order two cocktails. Just after order cocktails the music start to be really noisy and was totally impossible talk and we decide paid for drinks and cancel food because all start to be very unconfortable with this high volume. The big surprise was that waiter told the food was already cooked. How is possible 2 minutes before they need minimum 20 minutes and now is already done??? Then we needed to pay all and we decided take away because the dinner started to be a really nightmare. If you want show you are good restaurant and good brand you need care about all details, care about staff and make clients feel confortable and in this restaurant is totally opposite. By the way I even still tried the food because the experience made me loose my apettit but one more free advice and have menu in english can help too. Regards

Пытались попасть сюда на завтрак два дня-эти сб и вс, оба раза безуспешно. В сб приехали без звонка-ресторан закрыт для бегунов. В вс стали умнее и решили позвонить сперва. Трубку никто не взял. Решили все равно поехать. Пришли-закрыто на спецмероприятия. На сайте инфы ноль. Наладьте коммуникацию плиз. Потеряли двух верных клиентов

Отличное место! Если вам известны и нравятся места Яуза плэйс, радио, бланк, то это место вам тоже придет по вкусу, к тому же его открывала та же команда, но со своими интересными фишками. Еда интересная, необычные сочетания. Но вкусно, приемлемые московские цены, а главное — внимание персонала! Отдельно хочется отметить атмосферу и интерьер внутри. Кухня открытая, подача быстрая, а если понимают, что есть задержка, обязательно предложат закуску в качестве комплимента. Детского меню кажется нет, но нам сделали еду для ребенка по нашему заказу, не по меню, не содрав с нас при этом три шкуры)) Рекомендую! В ресторане еще проходят вечеринки, анонсы которых я постоянно встречаю, но пока не попадали.
