We have been renting apartments in this tower for 3 years in a row - we are absolutely satisfied! The prices are quite adequate, there is everything necessary in the room for living: refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, ironing board, microwave, electric stove, kettle. We lived on different floors, and the contents were about the same everywhere. A family of three comfortably accommodates in apartments of 33 meters. A family of 4 people - 1+1 apartments - is not much more expensive. Prices July 2025: small apartments 4500₽/day, apartments 1+1 - 6000₽/day. View of the park and Metro city. With a view on the other side, it's probably cheaper. Elevators wait a maximum of 3-5 minutes during rush hour. And the view from the balcony is amazing both day and night. You can see planes landing and taking off at the airport. An empty beach across the street. There are sun beds and umbrellas for rent. I recommend this place!

An apartment hotel, that is, you live in an apartment with all the amenities and serve yourself. 6 elevators, waiting a couple of minutes maximum. Approximately 40 floors of apartments. We lived in a two-room suite with a double bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room, as well as a cot. Refrigerator, washing machine, iron, ironing board and dryer, mini kitchen with electric stove, sink, dining table and all necessary belongings. Spacious balcony with two exits from the rooms, two split rooms. Everything is working, quite clean and comfortable. The sea is across the street, 100 meters. There is also a sea view from the room.

The hotel is in a great location, away from crowds, there is everything you need nearby-canteens, shops. There is also a miniature of Korfur. The beach is clean, but not yet landscaped-sun beds for GEL 5, as well as umbrellas. There is a huge skatepark and playground nearby. And also a place with planes landing. But everything is overshadowed by noise.... There is a road nearby....
