After a long selection of a kitchen manufacturer, we decided on Optima. They were attracted not only by the price, but also by the quality. Excellent cuisine, everything was done very quickly and clearly. We were also completely satisfied with the assembly, we assembled it in 2 days and we found no defects. I would like to thank designer Anna separately. She was able to turn all our ideas in the project into reality. Thank you so much for your involvement, responsiveness and professionalism.

Good evening. I've been wanting to change the kitchen for a long time. But usually there was always something more necessary, or I tried to save up. I really wanted high-quality furniture, which is obviously not cheap. I accidentally came across an advertisement on Instagram that you can buy a kitchen in installments, and even get a hood as a gift. The furniture is already from a well-known manufacturer, with very good reviews. I left my coordinates and got a call back. I really liked the girl Anna, who worked with us on the design of our kitchen. She listened to our wishes very patiently, she was correct and calm. She gave us as much time as we needed. We assembled the furniture ourselves. All the details fit the size. If I had any questions, I contacted Anna with questions, which she answered without any problems. And we got a hood. We have independently chosen the installment period for our family. It is convenient that installments can be paid through ERIP. I am very happy with everything. Thanks to all employees of the company, starting with those who make calls to potential clients, designers, deliverymen, and workers who cut, complete, and pack. Good luck to all

Apparently, I was not as lucky as the previous Optima clinets. The service is courteous and friendly. But the important nuances of the furniture's structural elements, which were discussed during the development of the project and were promised, were not taken into account as a result. Of course, these are small things. But the sediment remained. I advise future clients to remember that Optima is not an individual order, but modular furniture, and the parameters you want may not always be implemented. I hope that my experience will help the company to further improve customer service and eliminate misunderstandings between the two sides in the future. As for the quality of the furniture, there are no complaints. Thanks to designer Anna for choosing the material. The kitchen looks beautiful, convenient to use, and creates a cozy atmosphere. Thanks to the collector Vladislav for the quick installation. From +/- -Delivery is possible only in the evenings and only when the car is fully equipped. +They offer their movers at an affordable price.
