Excellent location of the hotel, in the very center of the city. Rather, these are apartments than a hotel, because these are apartments in a residential building converted into rooms, but this does not detract from the advantages of this type of accommodation. Lovely warm rooms, large bathroom (our room had a Jacuzzi). There is a view to the courtyard and there is a view to the roadway, this point should also be taken into account when choosing a room because the road is of course noisier. The breakfasts are quite rich, you can ask to make coffee in a turk. A large communal breakfast table sometimes gathers pleasant groups of guests from different parts of the world and this creates a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely return to your hotel on our next visit to Yerevan!

We liked everything. We had a family vacation out of season. Therefore, there were few people. Our room was on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with access to the main street. It's a little noisy, but we always walk so much and get tired that we don't feel it. There was a common area for several rooms, and in the evenings my husband and I drank coffee and tea while the children slept in the room) The staff is pleasant, the breakfast is delicious. The room cost us very cheaply about 16t.p. for 4 days for a family with breakfast. The hotel is in the center, everything is within walking distance. Very convenient.
