There is carpet on the floor, the bed is clean, the beds are comfortable, the receptionist and the maids are friendly, sociable people, there is an ironing board and iron on each floor. they helped with the booking of excursions, picked up and brought to the hotel. Very tasty breakfasts and food from the menu, the prices are not expensive. The sea is clear, there are not many people on the shore, there are sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel across the street. Lake Ritsa, waterfalls, cave, the beauty is indescribable. There is parking in front of the hotel and wi-fi. There is a large selection of products on the market at affordable prices. In general, we really liked the hotel and Abkhazia. We will definitely come back again.

Regarding food, Uzbek cuisine is delicious, convenient, and there are breakfasts nearby, but it took a long time to order. As it is, prices don't bite and everything is always fresh. Even the rainy weather couldn't ruin my vacation. I came alone, but I found a whole bunch of girls there. The people at the hotel are decent, appreciative of comfort. There are no words how grateful we are to Ontario and the most reliable and caring administrator Irina! Thank you for our stay! For the organization of the transfer, for the delicious oriental coffee, for our super room on the 4th floor and VIP balcony! Just a dream! From 31.95-7.06.25 the weather was different - we traveled a lot around Gagra, walked a lot, all the abandonments were over ! The hotel is great! The Wi-Fi was working well, the hot water was excellent, and the light was always on.. I don 't know why it 's being cut down - it didn 't affect us ! There are no questions to the hotel, just thanks for our sincere rest and warm welcome at the hotel! We recommend it to everyone. The location is great. There are many cafes, the sea is 5 minutes away, the room is clean. The views from the balcony are amazing.
