I recently returned from this hotel, I was vacationing with a family of 4 people. The room was given on the second floor #129. We had one large bed and an extra bed. The room is bright and very cozy, with floor-to-ceiling windows. There was a balcony. At first I was upset that it overlooked the wall and the roof and the pool, but then I realized that it was even a plus. I can walk in my underpants and the audibility of a busy road is much lower. The kids were swimming in the pool and I could watch them from the room. It is not very convenient that clothes storage is provided in the shower and toilet area. I had to wait when the locations were occupied by someone. One of the advantages. 1. Great location: Kata on the right, Karon on the left. It's a little closer to Kata. There are many shops, massage parlors and pharmacies nearby. When leaving the hotel to the right, there will be an exchange with a good exchange rate (green and red sign) on the way, if you go a little further to the Bambu store, there will be an exchange more profitable (blue sign), in other exchangers the exchange rate is unfavorable. A little to the right of the hotel, the road turns into the night market, there is a large 7/11. 2 behind it. The hotel itself is small compared to the nearby ones, but this is a big plus for me. I hardly saw any guests, no one made any noise, there were always empty seats at breakfast and it was quiet. Since we're talking about breakfast, it's not for selective people. It's the same thing from day to day: omelet, fried eggs, sausages, rice (the additive for it changed: chicken with vegetables, seafood, meat with vegetables, etc.), ham, toast, cereals, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, watermelon, tea, coffee. Personally, we've never been hungry, but we're not picky about food either. 3. The pool is small and in the shade, but it managed to warm up and you could swim either in the heat, because there was already shade, or after the sea to relax with a hydro massage. There are mats and beach towels next to the pool, and there is also a shower to wash your feet when returning from the beach. 4. Of course, an amazing kitty, just a miracle :) As for the cons. 1. You constantly have to log in to use Wi-Fi, the screen goes out-that's it, enter the data again. 2. Towards the end of the rest, small ants appeared in the boxes with clothes, there was no food. It didn't bother me, but it was unpleasant to find them on myself. The good thing is that it's only there, not in bed. 3. The hotel has a rule prescribed at the reception that lunch boxes will be prepared in advance for early trips and requests. We had 2 guided tours with departure at 6:00 a.m. When I came to ask in advance to arrange lunch boxes for us, I was refused, they say the kitchen is closed. I'm saying what you have written, she said that when we arrive she will arrange a late dinner for us. But when we returned at around 20:00, no one was going to make us any dinner. This attitude left an unpleasant moment. They made lunch boxes for others, but not for us. In general, everything was fine with me, I don't like to go to the same hotel again, but if I had to, I wouldn't be upset.

We had a vacation in January 2026. Great hotel! Good breakfasts, excellent cleaning quality. Very convenient location, close to all infrastructure, shops, cafes. Karon and Kata beaches are nearby. We liked it on Katya, the beautiful beach and the plankton did not bite, it bit on Karon. The rooms facing the road are noisy, we changed the deluxe to a regular one with a smaller area, but quiet with the opportunity to sleep with an open window and a balcony. We recommend it, we want to come back again)

The hotel as a whole left a good impression. It can be seen that the renovation is relatively new — everything looks modern and neat, it's nice to be in the room. On the downside: there was no proper clothes dryer in our room, the balcony was very small and without a table, which is a bit inconvenient. Mold is also already visible in places — it looks like it's time to update the grout. The breakfasts are exactly the same every day, without any variety, which is why they quickly get bored. Bed linen is not changed every day, but it was not critical for us. In general, if you are looking for a hotel to just spend the night and at the same time want a modern renovation, this is quite a good option. I would rate him as a strong three, but he still does not reach the level of four. The hotel is also well located, 5 minutes to Kata and 7 minutes to Karon.
