I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did get a massage at the spa. The location is excellent: walking distance to the main street, near Republic Square and many cafes. Massage is above all praise. Great value for money. Seriously, you can come to Yerevan for this massage alone. I highly recommend it, you will not remain indifferent!

The Oliva Hotel is located in the heart of the city. The square and fountain are 3 minutes away. The hotel is renovated. The rooms are great. It's all clear. This is a Stalinist building with high ceilings.and big windows. I wish I could be at the hotel tomorrow. I consider this hotel to be one of the best. And the location is the best.
