Comfortably. The breakfasts are delicious. It's not far from the sea. Everything in the rooms is new and of high quality. The furniture is above all praise. The main thing is the friendly staff. If I go back to Sukhumi, I'll stay at this hotel. They have a good rest. And there is parking, which is also important.

The hotel is located on a hill, so I constantly had to go uphill, it takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the embankment, there are no shops near the hotel. There is a small Chaika store, but the choice there is meager, and in general in Sukhum there are problems with this and with cafes in principle. There is no elevator in the hotel, there is a cooler, but not on all floors, and an iron is also in the hallway. The rooms are extremely cold, the house is made of stone. The air conditioner is not working, the audibility is terrible, most of the staff does not want to do anything, there is no first-aid kit on duty. Heated towel rails are not working, there is a problem with heating, there is a refrigerator in the rooms, it is impossible to dry things. Renovation in the style of 80-90 heads. All plumbing is 20 years old The shower door is broken and there is mold everywhere at the bottom. Toilet paper is like sandpaper. In the Jacuzzi in the suite, it is inconvenient to wash at all, the water is very weak, and the mold is also poorly washed. Thanks to the help of Marina's administrator, we got a suite with a washing machine and were given a heater, thanks to which we were able to wash and dry our clothes, which saved us, because for two days there were emergencies with a fall into a lake and a mountain river. Bed linen and towels have not been changed even once in 5 days, even living in the Luxury room category, tea bags, sugar, and no one has updated. I had to go begging, and I had to beg for the powder for one wash, because the man, Arthur, did not want to take his butt off the chair or move in any way. The audibility in the hotel is terrible, everything the neighbors say is heard word for word, especially early in the morning or late at night. As for breakfast, there simply weren't any in May, there were bored men sitting at the reception who didn't want to do anything at all, and they said it was winter, so there were no breakfasts, no excursions, and nothing. The only person accepted was the administrator Marina, who immediately solved the whole issue.

A good hotel, 10 minutes walk to the sea, parking, nice and spacious rooms, courteous staff, quick check-in, excellent price, clean, comfortable, cozy, balconies overlooking the city are wonderful, there are breakfasts, a children's corner, an ironing board on the floor. I liked everything, thank you for your hospitality!
